Purchasing from Ebook Maniac is straightforward and easy. Here is everything you need to know to place an order, download and use your digital products. You’ll be enjoying your valuable how-to guide in less than five minutes.
Ordering and Shopping Cart
Find the product you want to buy, by browsing through the categories available. Or use the search function in the top right corner.
You get a longer description of each guide by clicking on the name of the product. If you want to see a bigger version of the cover image, simply click it with your mouse.
Choose the version you would like from the drop down menu (ebook, audio book or both together), and press add to cart.
Your items will be added to the shopping cart, visible at the top of the right sidebar. You can now check out or continue to add additional products to the shopping cart. The contents of your shopping cart will always be displayed in the right sidebar (except on the home page of the site). You can also access the shopping cart by clicking the link in the top menu.
When you are ready, you check out by pressing the button that says: check out with Paypal.
You will be automatically redirected to Paypal’s secure payment processor. If you do not have a Paypal account you can pay directly with your credit card.
After reviewing and confirming your payment in Paypal, you will be automatically redirected to the page where you can dowload the products you have purchased. Click on the download links and select where on your hard drive you would like to save your purchased content.
Within a few minutes you will also receive an email containing the same download links. All links remain active for 24 hours after you purchase.
Important: You will also receive a second email, asking you to confirm your subscription to the Ebook Maniac newsletter. If you want to receive future updates of your products for free, you need to confirm your email adress by clicking the link in this email.
Opening PDF and Zip Files
Depending on which version of the guide you have purchased, your download will be delivered either as a PDF document or as a compressed zip file.
To access the PDF-ebooks on your computer, you need to have Adobe Acrobat reader installed. This program can be downloaded for free from Adobe’s website.
Zip files need to be extracted before you can access the digital content.
In Windows this is done by right clicking the file and selecting ”extract all” and then following the instructions.
On a Mac you simply double click the zip file, and it will automatically extract. Depending on your settings, downloaded files may automatically extract to a new folder.
